I have the following 2 skimmers for sale...

1. Vertex Alpha 170 - R4800
2. Reef Octopus Bubble Blaster 3000 Internal - R4000

Both skimmers in excellent condition.

Selling thme to upgrade to one big unit for anew tank...LOL!

Vertex is rated for about 800 litres (200g) and the reef octo is rated up to 1200 litres or 300g.

Maybe @Ridwaan can donate it to a poor stay at home father, who gets bored and doesn't collect shoes but rather gadgets and skimmers (plan to get one from every major manufacturer and then mount them on my wall).;):whistling:

@carlosdeandrade I think he has beat you to it and already has a few from each manufactured on his wall.


Seriously though, if anyone is tempted to buy a skimmer, you will not be disappointed with either of those two babies and the prices are a steal, especially the vertex.

Even though its only rated at 800L, it is a true rating for a heavy stocked tank. With skimmers like the vertex, gone are the days of buying a skimmer rated for double your system volume!
