found this guy/s in my tank today and need some help, should i remove?

Those are spaghetti worms good for the tank. I stand to be corrected but looks like spaghetti worms

defiantly some type of worm will help keep the tank clean while air rating the substrate defiantly one of the good guys to have and is free clean up crew
