Urgent help needed Clown's Eye popping?

Just moved into upgraded tank, all the fish are happy then bam...the african clown's eye(right eye) looks like it's popping out???
what should i do, what could it be?

You might not believe it, but popeyes show usually up, because of poor water quality. Can it be? You mentioned you moved them into a bigger system. It comes and it goes as soon as the water quality improves. I wouldn't treat it, but make sure your water parameter are fine.

phew, ok it seems very reasonable that it could be the water only stabalising now(moved from 130l tank to 250l tank over the weekend-luckily only this fish is showing any symptoms).

Ok, so it's been 10days all the fish are perfectly healthy and happy, but this little sucker is growing a 2nd head...
His behaviour is normal end other than the bulging eye, is very healthy.
What should i do?
