Guys please remeber the Illumilux are Vertex's option for people who are looking at starting out with LED's and want to either
A slowly replace there existing lights with LED and have the option to do it in stages.
B supplement there existing lights with LED, they are fantastic for guys running T5 only, has a single unit will add those glitter lines that are lacking in T5 tanks.

The Illumilux is one of the only options available that can grow with your system and progression as a reefkeeper.

My option is the Illumilux are a gr8 addition to my tank the beams have higher par but u who'd need 6 of then to light the tank were Illumilux u cloud do it with 3

But once you have bought one to suplement your T5s, you like them so much that you end up replacing ALL your T5s. It is a no brainer; no more changing tubes every 6 months and not for at least 10 years and my Eskom bill no longer gets delivered on a 18 wheeler flatbed.
