What is the general concensus on these skimmers.
Running an AM OR2500 pump with needlewheel.

Good, not good?
modifications?

I owned many Turbofloters and used them with different pumps. The OR 2500 seem to work the best. The needlewheel works very well, if you mesh mod would inctease peformance. I would use it standard with no mods.

i dont think you can get a pin wheel. The standard needle wheel works realy well. Im currently running two of these skimmer. One has the standard OR2500 pump and the other has a reef octo OP2000 with a pinwheel. Comparing the two, the skimmer works better with the OR pump.
