Aluminum Heat sink

It is doable.

Only one problem im having is i cant run it on full power cos the heatsink gets verry hot.
He got 4 fans on the unit. So either the leds are to close to each other, or the heat transfer is not that great, or he needed more "fins" on the heatsink.

But yes, can be done.
 
NO need for fins you can use a 1-3mm alluminium piece, bend it in a u channel and your done. Dude give me the sizes and I'll make you one free of charge, you just need to come and collect it.

Leds to close to each other and heatsink to small. Those 10w are powerfull and generates a lot off heat.
