I am looking at making a new sump, anyone tell me how to calc the thickness needed

I do not have a calculator but even on a short 1.2 meter sump 350 deep you need bracing as it bows with 8 mm plexiglass.

It's way too expensive imo. I was thinking of making a normal glass sump then doing all the dividers etc out of perspex.
