Where can I buy 150w DE 6500k metal halides ?? And what make is it Osram or Philips ??

Not too sure of the K rating but they have cool white (CW)

Eagle has the Osram 6500K NDL globe for R150 or something - i know this cuase i run them on my planted tanks

Interesting, I have gone through two suppliers here locally and personally checked their catalog's and they never even mention anything over 5500K.

Henk do you perhaps have their number for me ??

I have phoned Osram yesterday and the lady that helped me said they don't have 6500k MH's, but on the otherhand she didn't even know what Kelvin is,

I have e-mail Venture in the States, they can supply a Venture 6500k globe for $25.30 + $2.00 for braking the box.

So it would be nice if I can get them locally

what about the normal flood lights?they appear to have a low K rating and should cover quite alot in the tank judging by the size of some of the reflectors??

ive seen these little ones at Games.comes with an adjustable stand aswell.looks pretty neat
