@Andre@ReefAquatics how do we provide power to the pump? it has no power supply looks like the the wire was cut quite short, looks about 15cm long but does it need 12v DC where must i source a power supply for this? didnt realise i would need to

Hope there's a mistake with that pumps packaging. Wouldn't like to buy a good deal and find out I needed more stuff to complete my buy

The pump does not sell with the power supply. As many use this pumps with solar power. You can use any 12v power source. Most of us have a few 12v supplys lying around, we also sell them.

If you watched the video you can see we powered the the pump with our ups using crock clips

If this doesn't suite your needs then return it to us no issues

its a pity i was unaware the pump was not functional.had i known i could have purchased a power supply as i had it couriered to me. now i have to go to you anyway to return or purchase a power supply. the reason behind courier was so that i could get product sooner and make use of it. i REALLY did not expect that the pump would be non functional

Its highly unfair to say the pump is "not functional", its very clear in the video's how the pump is connected to an external power source.

I will give you a supply a power supply for free and deliver when i'm in that area OR you can collect it.
@Mods please add to the first post after pump description "you will require your own 12v power source, this could be your standard 12v/1A psu, solar panel of any 12v battery"

Hi Andre i recieved that stc controller great item is there any chance that i can get a housing box for it from you that takes the unit and wiring ? i would like to order one of your treble deal offers plus TWO housing boxes if available please advise before i do payment, please email invoice as before regards Rick

Hi Rick, great news, unfortunately we dont sell the boxes as all buyers have different mounting options, check out Mantech, they are cheap cheap R25 for a mounting box : AP-A3-BLACK - ENCL.BLACK FLG 74x114x52 AP-A3
