R50 per kg BASE ROCK
R80 per kg Live Rock and includes Figi, Indo etc

Base Rock

Hi Andre, im keen on the base rock, I'm waiting for my tank to arrive its 950x500x500. Do you think 20kgs is enough? Is the base rock similar to figi rock?

I just got a 1100 x 550 x 600 tank and would like to convert it to a marine tank, as I have quite a few fresh water tanks. How much base rock / live rock would i need for this size tank and if possible is there some for of check list of the stuff one would need to complete your first marine tank? Sump tank, filter, power head etc.

Hi Wynand. For a tank that size I don't suggest you go with base rock. A good start is account 20kgs of our mixed. Take advantage of this prices.
