During cycle, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and after that just nitrate until your tank stabalizes.

Found this on a Site for you about setting up a FOWLR System...hope they help..as it's an old Forum..but looks like you Test the exact same things as you would any other Marine Aquarium..

Very good info, I also read an article confirming that good quality water parameters including things like calcium, magnesium and Alkalinity is just as essencial for fish as for corals.

PS: It is just easier to maintain these levels as they don't get used up as quickly, due to the lack of corals, but they still drop slowly.
