Looks like bubble caulerpa, but cant really see from the pic, is it green and shiny and transparent?

It looks like what we here call "bubble algae." I don't think it's caulerpa, but I doubt anyone could tell you for sure from that photo. Any chance you could get a clearer one?

Actually a real name ! Did some quick looking up, don't think it is that as it is limited to a certain area.
I would go for the normal bubble algae though !

If you do pop it, it will spread, if you want to get rid - if poss remove the rock its on and gently twist it off.
