Where to find Glatex 8

I've been to 2 Builders warehouse and a few hardware stores and they only have white glatex 8. Where can I find the elusive blue?

Its paint used on boats etc. Marine proof. Sorry, thats all I know. Gonna paint the back of my tank (on the outside of course), Any other ideas for the background? I've heard of perspex, but wouldn't it make an irritating reflection?

Actually if you leave your overflow black you will get much more coralline growth on the black. Also, making it blue might make it stand out a bit too much and end up being an eyesore.
