I have recently bought my first marine setup and am looking for as much help as I can get.
 
Anything in particular? what do you fancy, how much room do you have, what is your budget - this figure is likely to be half the "Actual" cost of your system

Bought a tank form AQUAH2O measuring 720 x 670 x 460 with sump filter, heater, protein skimmer, double light and pump. Got water from them as well as some live rock. Thats it so far.

What Skimmer
What lights
What does the sump look like

Any flow pumps in the tank itself

What are you planning on keeping?

That should get us started for now
