Welcome to MASA, glad you joined. I would say first read, read and read more about this fantastic hobby, Sean posted most of the links for you - especially the first one
Then decide what you want to do and ask questions here before buying anything. Post pics of your tank and sump. And also very important, be patient
We're waiting

If you're new and want to set up a tank, read below - great info!
Evaporation top-ups are done with RO water only, not saltwater
What are you doing? Real men don't put tangs in a nano or nennies in a new tank!

Remember, I'm watching you

Welcome

What species of Tanganyikan cichlids are you breeding?
I myself only had the opportunity to breed 9 species successful BEFORE THE MARINE BUG bit me and now I have ONLY MARINES ON MY MIND...

As the other guys said "welcome to the dark side"

Tanganyikan Breeding

I started breeding brichardi's (fawn & yellow) had a colony of about 18 breeding adults with 4 generations of fry. Only kept one pair and all fry, gave my friend to start off 10 pairs. In May I will be selling off my fry to petshops and any fish lovers who would like to start of with Tanganyikan breeding (beginners).

In my 2m tank I have the following:

10 Duboisis - still juveniles (3cm - 7.5cm)
8 Trophues Red Morrii (2.5cm)
4 Frontosas (2 - 8cm; 2 - 5.5cm)
14 Leleupi's ( 2 - 10cm; 4 - 6cm; 8 - 4cm)
2 Brevis (females - looking for males)
9 Multifis (1 female ; 8 males ) looking for females
2 Trophues mbemba (looking for more)
2 Furcifers (juveniles)
2 Compressiceps
2 Jullie Transcriptus (pair)
3 Jullie Dickfeldi (unsexed)
6 Jullie Regani (unsexed)
2 N Tretocephalus (unsexed)
