I have a member who has a project to create a marine aquarium fish only marine.

This aquarium is 1500 liters with a decanted below 240 liter,

a member wanted to have a odonus niger (balast blue) and fish Diodon holocanthus start.

It would like to know what could be added as a fish with this starting point.

well you could add all kind of predatory fishes with a niger trigger and porcupine puffer like moral eels, lion fishes, groupers, large angels and tangs of course you must bear in mind they should all be similar size and not able to fit into the others mouth
