What are you keeping in your tanks? Are the lights on timers? Do you have an auto top off? Do you have someone to come in and check things and feed?

My best advice if you have some one you can trust a fellow reefer would be the best if not start training a relative.
1, prepare the food
2, additive
3, ready mix water (salt)
4, fresh water for top off
5, list down every instruction
6, your contact number

As above and contact numbers of fellow reefers living close by if maybe your number for some reason is not available and if possible access to THIS SITE! Maybe if you not available then your tanksitter can get online and we can help if something goes major wrong! Also ask your tanksitter not to be scared to post for help - Your tank's inmates LIVES depend on it! With all that said enjoy your holiday

Where in JHB are you , perhaps a fellow reefer could keep an eye on it for you.

Put the food in one of those dosage pill containers that you get from Dischem, will eliminate the chance that your house sitter will over feed your fish.

Do not add any new equipment or livestock to the tank.
