Yes you can Ruan. Thats what i use for the little frags otherwise Pratley Putty for the larger frags.

Use that or Pratleys putty. To glue the coral frag with superglue you musr remove the rock and give it a cleaning where you want to stick the coral. Add a drop or two and attach the coral. Hold it down for a few seconds and place it back in the water. Turn off your powerheads for about twenty minutes so the coral asn't blown loose

Warning about using Pratleys putty, wash your hands before you touch your corals. If you have some putty on your hand you will probably kill bits of the coral. Supa glue jell works well.
