Hi guys
Iv only recently joined Masa, but I have already picked up a few things. I'm FINALLY in the process of setting up my first marine tank. Starting out with just a standard 3ft with a 2ft sump, I will be using a reef octopus reactor with bio pellets, with some live rock in the sump and just a Jebo skimmer for now. . Dual odysea T5 lighting (might be getting the quad instead but since its a shallow tank it should be fine for now and I don't plan to keep the 'harder' corals anyway.) Aragonite as the substrate to help keep the calcium where it should be .I'll start uploading pics up as soon as I get the tank |

Welcome
If you ever decide to keep SPS later on, then the lighting can always be adjusted! Always best to take it slow though
