About a week ago i got a heathly tomoni tang today he looks horrible dasping at the water line, glassy eyes and doesnt respond to anything he is also breathing very quickly. Its been like this for a few hours now

I recently ( about 3 days ago) got a tomini tang and it still hasnt started eating any prepared food it is extremely active and has eaten all the algae that was in my tank. I also noticed today that it has a few white spots any advice?
