My new Midas Blenny, two weeks in my DT, not quarantined!
Good colors, swims around all day long, eats until he looks like his 9 months pregnant.
Tonight I noticed a few white spots on him. Everything else is still the same. So I assume it's ich. Read the posts on MASA, seems hypo salinity and the bucket method tops the pops. Set up my hospital tank with small heater, pvc pipes and an air filter (permanently in my sump for emergencies) and mix some DT water until it's at 1.009. Wait for the temp to rise and quickly catch the Midas to transfer (with acclimatization) to the Hospital tank.
No go. I can't catch him. Not even close.
What now. The other fish all look good, but I'm really worried.
Bangai Cardinal
Long Nose Hawkfish
Fire Fish
False Lemon Peel Angel
Diamond Head Goby
All eating well, no spots visible.
Now what?
