Hi all who is currently using Reef Angel and what you like the most about it or exciting things you have done with it ??

Im running the reef angel plus

It logs my ph, does my temp, its my ATU. I can switch things off without having to look for the plug. Once i fix my leds it controls them aswell. Thing i still want is the io expansion cause then i can connect my inverter directly to it and when load shedding comes it will see theres no power and will switch off every thing except the return & flow pumps

Only con i can think of is it alot of money but if you compare it the say a profilux its very cheap. Im very happy with mine i would buy another one if something happened to mine

Setting it up can be tricky but is very easily done with the setup wizard. And the creator of the reef angel is very veru active on the forum helping ppl if the battling

I have one it does the following functions

ATU
Temp controller
PH
Controls my ozonizer.
My tunzes power Still use a 7096 controller for them
Start Delay on my skimmer pump after power failure Externally fed Tunze Skimmer.
I will move the control of my CARx co2 over to my RA once my tunze probe dies

I have one and love it. Controls top up and Temp. Monitors Ph, Orp and Salinity. I have been using the wizard for programming but I am keen to learn more about the code so I can control Ozone with the ORP probe. Arduino code seems really fexible allowing you to control almost anything with the right expansions.

I received mine.. So I have set up mine now heaters and salinity still need to setup the rest and waiting on my wifi add on.

I tried the setup wizard and found the relay port assignment to be a bit limited for instance I couldn't find a skimmer assignment or if its not the case for you do you mind directing me to the wizard? I'm currently looking at example code and learning from there.

Trying to learn from the code might be a bit daunting if you have never coded before. The wizard is pretty straight forward. There is no specific assignment for the skimmer, my skimmer is set to run 24/7 and only switches off in feeding and water change mode. Have you downloaded the pc (arduino) program from reefangel.com? The wizard is under the tools tab
