Having taken a break from sps keeping, fragging & farming, I have finally started up my new system, been running for a week and a half.

Display Dimensions: 1.2L x 1W x 0.6mh (200mm is for the oveflow, so ctual viewing is 1mx1mx0.6m)
Overflow: coast to coast
Sump: 1st 160L plastic bin for skimmer, biological media and extra live rock, 2nd 60 L plastic bin for chemical filtration and return pump.
Filtration:
Skimmer: Currently housing a reef octo ts4, but will be replaced by a skimz sk 201 when it arrives. The ts4 will go to the frag farm.
Biological: In the skimmer chamber, I shall be using Orca Nitra-Guard Bio Cubes. Once this is in, I shall discontinue the use of zeostart and zeofood, but will more than likely carry on with spongepower. Still deciding whether I shall be dosing zeobac / stability / biodigest.
In tank liverock compromises of about 40Kg of mixed indo, kenya and wherever else liverock on a bare bottom.
Chemical: I am currently using 500ml of Orca Phospha-guard, 500ml of Seachem Matrix Carbon and 1 sachet of Seachem Purigen.
Flow: Contemplating getting a Vortech MP40, but until the budget (which has really been blown to smithereens by now) allows, using a Tunze 6201 on a single controller, two sus sun 102 pumps and a bouyo wm1 on intermittent switches (theyr'e cheap, so I dont mid breaking them:whistling:) a seio m1500 and m2600 and a resun waver. Return is a 4000 lph waterfall pump. Once I get the vortech, will quit using the seios, and hide the suns suns, resun waver and the tunze, which I reckon should give me enough flow.
Lighting: Diy unit with 3 x ATI Aqua Blue Spezial, 1 X ATI True Actinic, 1 x ATI Blue Plus and 1 x ATI Purple Plus each in its own gull wing reflector.
Calcium and Alk Replenisment: Reef Octo Calcium Reactor, which I desperately need to mod, as it has a design flaw which cause pumps to blow, so for the time being (not much of a demand atm) using Kalk in a diy auto top up.

Frag Farm: Have a huge Garden shed, so got a few plans to help out people with frags..... Will use my old sump from previous setup for a dsb and a few frag raceways all lit with T5's, alterntively, thinking of square raceways lit by a 250 halide each, as I already have two in Gull wing reflectors with elec ballasts.

I shall post pictures from time to time, AND: @viper357 yes, I have actually got water in it.... and even some coral already.

Really good to hear the master is back in the game.:notworthy:

That's a serious amount of flow you got going on there. Hope your silicone is fresh. :p

Thanks Dean, but not sure if I deserve such praise.
Tank is well braced, let's hope it holds.
Regarding the flow: REPEAT AFTER ME:.

Nice Ivan.. it took me a while to realize that the first pic is actually the width of the tank!!

Looks like you're going bare bottom again... are you planning another DSB in sump? Or no sand at all?

Any pics of sumps?
