Hi.
Been looking to get one of these wave makers but cant seem to find them on our LFS shelves.. Does any of our sponsors sell them or would it just be easier to get them from E-bay..Preferably looking for the Rw4.
If any sponsors do sell them can they maby send me a price.:thumbup:

Was at perky in the week but did not see them on the shelves..Been looking at reef aquatics threads now but doesn't look like he has the smaller ones im looking for..Will wait for their response other wise will just get them from E-bay..But thanx for the reply @Reaper...

Thanx Andre but that guy is going to be to strong for my RSM 130...Been doing alot of research and watching alot of vids on these Wave Makers and the RW15 will blow my whole tank away..The Rw8 will still maby work but ill just get them on E-bay as its way cheaper there anyway..Thanx for all the reply's guys will just get it from E-bay..:whistling:

Hope they arrive. I've tried to order things repeatedly on EBay and they haven't arrived (even paying extra for a courier), otherwise I've received collection slips three months late and the items were sent back. I'm not going to be ordering anything from EBay until the Post Office is up to date again.

I would honestly pay the little bit extra and have the good service that comes with it.

@JS , its very easy directing a customer to place he can save R100. We all know its cheaper in the US.If his unit fails and he needs a replacement part you are not the one who he calls and can help him. We as retailers deal with so many of these.

Don't forget when a customer spends the little extra bit he can pick up the phone and get help immediately, he does not have to call China and deal with the language barrier and then his directed have to communicate via email. And wait another 2 weeks for his part to arrive, and with the our PO issues, if it may never arrive.

This is the my last post to this thread, a WP10 or RW4 was asked for, We have replied we have WP10 not RW4.

Support us, we are trying our best to give you the hobbyist the best reefing experience ever. You buy one unit, post is cheaper as its china post to SA post. We order 100's and our shipping is a bit more, hence the little extra, but we can support your problem in a flash.

Sorry but i dont agree with you at all. fish street has great aftersales support....and Eric has sent parts to me and fellow reefers in 3 to 5 days.

Respect. Your sponsors are here to provide you with the ultimate support. We have heard about a100 negative stories. Many reefers that bought oversees has call us up with a different story and ended up biting the bullet and using our back up service.

Every reefer has his own right to buy from whom but we need the respect when we cannot supply spares when then product was not bought through us.

Arries last post said he will get it off ebay...i just told him to then rather buy directly off fish street from eric...as i know hr gives great after sales support. I can name many reefers that have had issue with local suppliers too...the recent razor-gate saga....so please dont generalise and place all overseas stores in a bad light. To each his own. Really respect Reef Aquatics and many other LFS...but all i did was give him another option.

Guys keep it civil.

There are pro's and cons from ordering local and overseas.

I have personally lost R5k on a ebay deal, so these things happen.

I personally prefer to walk into a store, get to know the staff and see what I buy.

My rule, if it contain electronics, buy at home.
 
@Arries check out fish-street....they currently running a 50% off coupon when you buy jebao products....use the 14dollar dhl option for shipping...youll have the pump/s in 3-5days....if something goes wrong...you chat directly to eric...and worse case scenario....you chuck it away and buy a new one...
