Yes, you have always been allowed to mention non-sponsors on the forum during casual discussion, it's been like that since the forum started in 2007. However, keep this in mind:
So a simple mention like, "You can get a Jager bubble plate from PetsAreUs in Hermansdorp" is 100%. Just don't go full on listing addresses and prices etc. in every second post.

Well I visited two shops and I must say I wasnt blown away. Few reasons and I could not believe the prices ontop of that. Cheaper in durban thats for sure. Oh well was nice to see what happens else where.
