The Nassarius snails are hatching...

The eggs that were layed earlier this week started to hatch about half an hour ago... Clouds of larvae? are floating around my tank and the soft corals are having a ball... I really hope that I'm not going to have massive die-off of snails now and nitrate and ammonia spikes??? Advice on this would be appreciated...

it would be if they ate algae...nassarius are cuc, meat eaters mainly

I'll swap some for some algae eating snails that have bred in my tank if you like. I have Stomatella and another little snail (no ID yet).

Oh and the larvae are to cute... They 'run' REALLY fast for snails...
