having a real blue monday, lost my powder brown and my other fish have had a relapse of whitespot, taken the day off from work to try sorth things out and salvage what i can. it looks like im going to loose all my fish. very down atm..

clinton is coming past to help me pump water. the water is not clean and far from ideal but its the best i can do. if i had synthetic i would have gone that route but i wouldent have had any RO to mix it with. hold thunbs
 
Hi Leslie. Get a vail of BioDigest at the LFS. I have done a water change on Saturday and the previous Saturday using Gonubie water. After adding the vail, the water became crystal clear.

There seems to be a lot of white spot in the rockpools at the moment.
Seen it on every local fish I have caught lately.

I had a really bad outbreak in my 4ft garage tank where my powder brown resides. This after adding some lunulas. It looked like he had been dropped and battered with flour. Fortunately I could dump cupramine into the system and miraculously he has recovered in the last 2 weeks.
I'll never ever put this fish into my main reef tank, its just too white spot prone.

I hope you get your other fish sorted. How do you intend fixing the problem?

thanks guys for the well wishes, im lucky i have an understanding boss, wife (although it was close this time) and friends to help me through the tough times. shot for the offer to help mark. Clint you saved the day bro. thanks ALOT for your help and egging me on when i was over it.

if i hadnt already ordered and paid for glass i would have just thrown the stuff into the sea.. it was that close.

need to try get a phone and get my new tanks going asap. but i dont want to rush it and wind up redoing it.

im in the dog box properly for not helping with the kids this morning or this evening and i feel sad to ave missed some quality time with my family this evening.

lets see what tomorrow brings..
 
Ag shyte sorry to hear man Les! Geeze there is nothing one can say to even make one feel better about the situation. Hope you can save what is alive.
