I have just received my ghl redox probe and would like to know what the different values mean, at the moment it is reading -43mV and the nominal should be 200mV, what if anything do I need to add or do?

I belive the redox probes take a few weeks befor they start giving the correct values.
Also just called Adriaan, it would be helpful to calibrate the probe before putting it in
