clown hosting ?

is it possible that my 1 tomatoe clown could be hosting in my clam ?
seems that he hangs around there all day and seems to catch food and take it to the clam ?

it seems the clams doesnt mind at all !!! it stays wide open and the tommy clown sometimes brushes itself as if it were a nemmie !! very interesting to see , as long as clam aint getting hurt !
will try get a pic ! but them clowns so frigging quick

I'd have a difficult time watching this every day, but the clam certainly doesn't seem to mind!

my african clown seems to use my flowerpot as a host, not a good idea as he closes up the hole time.

Ya it sure doesnt, he seems to go in and out quite a bit there! Not very cool, i got shivers up my spine seeing it go in thinking the clam was going to snap it in half. I would worry though, with the clown rubbing inside? I might damage the clam quite severely if it does it too much correct?

I have never heard of any damage caused by this, but I can't imagine how it wouldn't be a bit irritating. I've never kept a clam. Maybe someone with more experience can explain why the clam does not seem to be annoyed.

and desperate! Lonely and desperate seems to be the norm today. I have two seahorses doing the mating dance again! They've been together for a year and they still haven't realized they are both males!

That video clip is absolutely mind blowing.

I have kept a couple of different clams, maxima's and squamosa's, and they were extremely sensitive to other livestock touching them, at the slightest touch from another fish or shrimp the clam would instantly retract it's mantle and partially close it's shell, even if a big fish swam above it and caused a shadow, if it was bothered any more then it would almost close up completely. To see something like this video clip astounds me. Although, my Squamosa clam was quite happy to have my lawnmower blenny perch on it. It's almost as if the clam understands that certain fish will not harm it.
