This is to all anemone experts. Most people advice against keeping more than 1 anemone, maybe 2 in a tank as there may be chemical warfair etc. I don't want to give noobs the wrong impression here, I just really want to know. Can you explain this to me?

Can't remember where the pics come from, so I hope I'm not stepping on any toes here :p.

The ONLY way I can explain this, Tobes, is that these are all BTA's that has lost their bubbles..... All from similar colonies.

BUT - then again - who am I - I have 3 DIFFERENT types of anemone's and a 1000 aptaisia in my tank...

That looks absolutely awesome. I wouldnt mind having all those nemmies. :)
 
I would say that the are probably all of the same species (bubble tips) but i also believe Moz is onto something with the photoshop - the colours are just too good.
 
One looks bleached, not a good sign. The fact that there are several RBTAs and GBTAs makes me believe they have cloned themselves because of stress. This is an effort to fight off the danger of the other anemones.

You can safely keep several anemones together as long as they are clones of themselves. After that, all the rules go out the window. Keeping mixed species or anemones of the same species (not of the same clone) is a gamble. Some times it works, some times it doesn't. The closer they are to each other, the less chance of long term sucess. In this case, I can't see it lasting forever. I'm betting the RBTA is going to win this fight over the GBTA.

Yeah I saw that, but this guy says they split naturaly and Anemone says they split under stress...
