Urgent help section

Hi mods,
I was thinking after seeing a thread today that we could possibly do with a section for people who have urgent and immediate problems and need help. A tank crash tyope senario like Rory had.

perhaps we could have a section where the title comes out in red and if we see a thread in there we know the user needs help fast. I just think that at times posting in normal threads may have a longer responce time or go slightly unnoticed if peopel are not often refreshing to see new topics etc.
