Hi guys my tank is a month old and i have a clown fish....how long do i wait before adding any anemones or corals....my tank has already cycled.

Firstly, what corals do you want to keep? What is the size of your tank. Alot depends on your lights. You can start with one or two softies but your tank is way too new for an anemone. An anemone needs a well established and stable tank as do sps corals. Anemones and sps corals also need intense lighting.

Hi i would like to add mushrooms...tree corals and poly. I have a nano 37litre

That's a good start.
But as @NJH said, your tank is still too new for an anemone.
In a new tank when the parameters are still unstable it won't be happy and could 'walk' around your tank causing destruction and maybe getting sucked into a powerheads and becoming mince. This will cause havoc with your system(tank).

Hi, I would add mushrooms and zoas to start, both are very forgiving and hardy.
You can get great well priced pieces at most lfs's

After a month or so keeping these and getting the stability right, evaporation will be the hardest to control, you can then move on to other corals.
